Peter Koziol is an experienced litigator and trial attorney.
Unfortunately, business relationships often give rise to disputes. Sometimes a disagreement arises from the interpretation of a poorly written contract, breach of a lease, failure to pay for goods or services, failure to specification, breach of warranty, fraud, unfair competition, or infringement of intellectual property rights. Disputes and their resolution can be costly, and litigation is generally no good for business.
Mr. Koziol works with his clients to resolve disputes while protecting their best interests. Whether a dispute can be resolved, by negotiation or requires court intervention, Mr. Koziol is experienced with legal remedies and processes. He is admitted to all federal and state courts in Florida, the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal circuit, and has appeared pro hac vice as trial counsel in a number of courts throughout the United States.
Mr. Koziol also represents clients in arbitration before the ICC, American Arbitration Association, ICDR, FINRA, WIPO/UDRP, JAMS and is familiar with the rules a processes of those and other alternative tribunals.
